CHRISTIAN FORMATION/EVANGELIZATION (26)

The Christian Formation/Evangelization Commission is responsible for the development, promotion and evaluation of religious education programs. While it addresses the continuing Christian education of all members of the parish, its particular emphasis is adult faith formation. It also implements the Bishops’ Plan for Evangelization by raising awareness of Jesus as the center of our lives and our parish, providing opportunities for our own spiritual growth and for reaching out to welcome others. The Commission works in collaboration with the Director of Faith Formation. The Commission meets an average of 8-10 times yearly, scheduled around the planning of faith development programs.
