Mission
The mission of Little
Flower School is to teach the message of Jesus Christ within
a Catholic Christian community. Together with parents, the faculty
provides opportunities for children to grow spiritually, morally,
socially, physically and intellectually. Our goal is to help
students make the best use of their gifts and talents to enable
them to become productive members of society and to make the
world a better place.
Philosophy
Little Flower School
is committed to teaching the message of Jesus in a Catholic Christian
community. Faculty and staff work closely with parents to enhance
and build on the education begun at home. We seek to foster spiritual,
moral, intellectual, emotional and physical growth to help in
the development of well-rounded children.
We encourage students
to demonstrate respect for God, others and themselves by using
their gifts to the best of their ability. Opportunities are provided
so that students may share their gifts as a means of demonstrating
God's presence. Students are challenged to move beyond themselves
and into concern for the poor, sick and elderly.
Little Flower students
experience worship through liturgy, prayer and sacraments and
develop their relationship with God.
Teachers and students
recognize and value diversity of cultural heritages present in
our community and throughout the world. Instruction integrates
a respect for all people. |
