Welcome to Little Flower Catholic Church on-line parish registration form. This page will help you to register as a member of the parish. Simply go to the bottom of this page and answer the questions, once you are done, simply select the "Submit" button.

If you are married or single you can use this form to register as a member of Little Flower Parish.

If you are sharing a home and are not married, each adult should register separately on a different form. If there are minor children living in the home, the adult who is the biological parent or the legal guardian of that child should list them on the form they are filling out.

This form can also be used by current parishioners to update their data profile, such as new phone numbers, e-mails and the like. Please note that this site is only to register as a parishioner. Currently, there is no on-line registration for school.

Once you have registered, please stop by the parish office during normal business hours, or after one of the weekend Masses to introduce yourself to Fr. Larry Herzog and to pick up your welcome package.
